1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how DevYash0102 ("we", "our", or "us"), the developer of 3D Taxi Simulator - Open World on Google Play, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications.

Apps covered by this policy:

3D Taxi Simulator - Open World (package name: com.ygs.taxisim), published on Google Play by DevYash0102
Every other app published on Google Play by DevYash0102

All of our apps behave the same way with regard to your data: we operate no servers of our own, we have no accounts, logins or sign-ups, and the only information that ever leaves your device is collected by the two Google services described in section 2. By downloading, installing, or using one of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect no information ourselves and operate no servers. Everything described here is collected by two Google services built into our apps:

a) Firebase Analytics (Google)

Firebase may automatically collect:

Device model, OS version, and language
App version and session duration
In-app events describing your progress through the game — for example starting and finishing a level or a trip, rewards and ratings earned, items unlocked or bought with in-game currency, and whether an advertisement was shown
Approximate country/region (from IP address)
A randomly generated Firebase installation ID

These events describe gameplay only. Firebase Analytics does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location through our apps, and we never send it any information you have typed. See Google's Privacy Policy.

b) Google AdMob (Advertising)

AdMob may collect and use:

Advertising ID (GAID) for personalized ads
IP address for approximate location targeting
Device info (model, OS, screen size)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
App usage patterns relevant to ad serving

You can manage ad personalization through your Google device settings, and you can reset or delete your Advertising ID there at any time. If an app is available in a region where the law requires it, that app shows you a consent form, provided through Google's User Messaging Platform, before any personalized advertising is used; declining does not prevent you from using the app, and you will still see advertising, but it will not be personalized. 3. Information Stored Locally

Stored on your device only — never sent to us, because we have no servers to send it to:

Game progress and saved game state
Scores, ratings, and completion records
Daily play streaks and progress towards in-game goals
In-game currency, and the items, vehicles or upgrades you have unlocked with it
Sound, vibration, and other settings preferences

None of this is personal information, none of it leaves your device, and all of it is erased when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Shared only with:

Google Firebase — analytics processing
Google AdMob — serving advertisements

Both are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Retention

Firebase retains event data for up to 14 months. AdMob retention is governed by Google's policies. Local game data is retained until you uninstall the app or clear the app's data.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections by Google's SDKs. We operate no servers and store no user data ourselves.
